All orders placed are processed within 24 hours of receipt, however some orders could take upto 28days for turn around (some stock needs to come from America). Please note BS will aim to process all orders ASAP.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.
Orders are sent as an ordinary parcel via Australia Post within 1-2 business days once your order is processed and has entered the delivery phase. The actual delivery date is subject to the delivery timeframes of Australia Post. We will notify you if any issues arise with your delivery such as return of parcel.

Overseas orders are charged in Australian dollars. Your credit card company will automatically convert this amount to your local currency at the exchange rate which is effective at the date of credit card payment processing.
We are required by law to note the contents of all international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges will be levied when the package reaches your country. BS is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in its original condition and if returned, within 14 days after the date of invoice. Please send an email with in 24 hours of your intent to return these goods. Customers pay postage for the returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any damaged products must be reported to Bulldogs on Stuff within 7 working days of receipt. Damaged products will be replaced with an exact replacement only.
